Deliveries & Returns
We undertake to post all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will notify you immediately if an item is out of stock.
For all UK orders we use Royal Mail first class delivery and this is FREE OF CHARGE.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, and will usually be received within 2-3 days.
Next Day Delivery
For all UK orders Next Day Special Delivery is available and this is at a cost of £4.95.
For International orders we can ship to any country at a rate of £12.50 with no added charges. International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For delivery. A tracking number will be provided following dispatch. Items usually arrive within 5-7 working days however please note that international shipments can take up to 3 weeks.

Hopefully you will be very pleased with your Stole and Boa creation, however, if you are not you are entitled to an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will supply you with a return address for the item.
Condition of the item for refund
The creation must be returned in the original condition, which includes the item, box, and labels attached. If you decide to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund as we must receive the goods back within the 14 day period as explained above.
Postage of item for refund or exchange
Please note we are unable to provide free returns. We advise that you use a recorded or signed for service to return your item as this item remains the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and signed for at Stole & Boa headquarters. You should retain proof of postage.
Stole & Boa does not accept liability for returned goods and a refund or exchange will only be processed once the goods have been received by us within the designated time.
Things to Note
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may be caused by postal service procedures or customs clearance which are out of our control.
A payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect that order to another address.
Please provide an email address once you have placed an order and we will provide a delivery tracking number as all orders require a signature upon receipt.
